Return Terms:
All sales come with Kings 30-day warranty unless advertised differently. Due to the nature of the auto performance products and accessories, we cannot resell any return merchandise which had been installed or used. Therefore, please read carefully about the return policy below:If your product becomes defective within the first thirty (30) days of the invoice date, you may return it for an exchange only. All non-defective returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee, depends on returned item condition. Shipping & handling is Non-Refundable.

Before returning any item, you must contact our returns department via phone or email within thirty days of your invoice and we will provide you with return instructions and a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, the RMA no. are only good for 5 days from the day of issue. Donk Kings will only offer a refund on unopened items. Defective items may be returned for a same-item exchange only.

In order to receive full credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping prepaid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and, with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit. All non-defective returns for credit or exchange are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee, depends on returned item condition, shipping & handling is Non-Refundable and must be completed within 30 days of the invoice date.

Donk Kings will not be liable if you order the wrong product. We provided detail information & specification of items we sell on this site for customers to review before purchase.

For any shipment that is refused, you will automatically be charged $5.00 or 10%, whichever is greater, to cover costs associated with processing your order and return. Shipping costs are not refundable.

We will issue a full refund for the product when your return meets these guidelines. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error.

Damaged Products
If your product has been damaged in shipment; you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Please call us immediately at dkservice@yahoo.com. Our customer service representatives will guide you through a return and replacement. You may also contact us via email to report shipment discrepancies.

Donk Kings is not responsible for any merchandise that it does not receive or that is not returned in accordance with the following terms:
We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning returned merchandise. Returned items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost. Thank you for honoring these return policies, so that we can continue to bring great products to our customers!

6.5% sales tax is applied to all orders shipped to Minnesota. Sales tax is calculated on the extended price (unit price x quantity) total, including shipping and other charges.

Shipping Information
Items that are in stock in our warehouse usually ship on the next business day. Orders must be placed, payment verified, and security cleared by 12:00am PST. Merchandise is shipped complete, properly packaged, and insured via the service you select.

Occasionally an item is oversold. If this is the case, we will fill the orders on a first come, first serve basis. Items that are out of stock usually ship within 7-14 business days, which may vary by brand. Payment will be secured in full as a 100% deposit and the item(s) will be ordered from the manufacturer(s). As each item becomes available, it will ship properly packaged and insured via the service you select.

We will notify you in the event of a backorder. Backorders are left on order until they ship. We continually seek updates on backordered items and regularly update your order status until the backorder is filled. Rest assured that backorders do not get lost or forgotten about. If immediate availability is a concern, please call or email us and we will stock-check the item at the manufacturer.

Ground Shipping Service and Delivery Times:
Ground Shipping Service and Delivery Times show here are in addition to processing time, the estimated shipping times quoted, and any backorder delays.

Once an item is ready for shipment, normal Ground Service estimated regional delivery times are as follows:
WESTERN - 4 to 6 business days*
CENTRAL - 1 to 2 business days*
EASTERN - 2 to 4 business days*
INTERNATIONAL - 9 – 14 business days

Expedited Services and Delivery Times (Next Day, Two Day, and Three Day delivery):
Expedited Service and delivery times show here are in addition to processing time, the estimated shipping times quoted, and any backorder delays. Choosing expedited shipping WILL NOT prioritize, rush, override, or overcome any of these preceding conditions. Please keep in mind that selecting Next Day, Two Day, or Three Day services DOES NOT GUARANTEE shipments will be delivered in the selected amount of time. Expedited orders are subject to the same quality control and security clearance procedures as non expedited orders, so despite our best efforts, we may not be able to ship expedited orders the same day they are placed.
